Title: van insurance

Hi guys,

Which insurance co do you use?? Being messed about changing car no claims to van (15 yrs +) Add in the water tank and they're driving me to destraction.

Any assistance would be appreciated as the tank is being fitted in 20hrs time 180 miles away and still no ins

My view is if the tank is bolted to the van as a permanent feature it becomes a modification which increases the insurance premium, however if you use ratchet straps to secure the tank which can be removed and placed else where it is classed as carrying your own goods.

All sorted now, a big thank you to Smudger :D :D :D :D

A - Plan (01993 841841) ask for Nikki, Dan, Adam or Tim - Fully Comp with replacement 600 ltr pure freedom van £450 - as mentioned elsewhere on CUI mention the forum for a discount.

Now off to Grimsby to have my system fitted.
