Title: Which kiln sand do you guys use?

Title says it all really, which dry kiln sand do you use? The stuff from b&q and wickes or do you order online? Cheers!

Jewsons..

They do 3 different colours.

Get an account and sort out a price when your opening the account. Try and get a deal.

Travis Perkins can do you a good deal and there's plenty depots around. It's a nice shade too.

Yeah I use the Travis stuff because it's what I call white sand and always available. Looks better than the orange stuff

Same here , used to be Build Centres until Jewson's took them over, but sort your rate out if you open an account, then the same price nation wide.

I like the jewsons stuff

Our local hardware shop does a nice light shade labeled 'rugby' KDS, if I order 20 bags or more they will do it £1 cheaper than jewsons standard price
