Title: Resiblock OR, or OT8

I have been asked to clean blocked paving drive, but it has a bad aged oil spill about 1m square.     This is the first job I have encountered with an oil stain, so wondered which product was best ?

I watched the paving expert video using Resiblock  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4NHpZF2u9k

Do they normally come up so well ?

Thanks for any comments  ;D I have resiblock OR and to be honest I have never removed an oil stain fully with it!

Answer is Both
Apply Resiblock OR when the paving is dry,(you have to apply it on a dry surface as the OR doesn't like wet or damp) leave for X dwell time, then clean off, then apply OT8 as this can go on damp surface's again leave for X dwell time.
The OT8 then seems to get what the OR didn't.

So a 2 hit approach just charge accordingly

I have used OT8 several times now, mostly on monoblock but concrete as well, had full success on monoblock when used with PW to clean afterwards the concrete was a very, very light ghosting

Thank you for the advice, I am going to have to adjust the price to take into account of the extra chems, and work  ;D

Roger we tried to use resiblock or on white flags dry and it left a dull stainon the flags.i thought it best to wet the flags first so it wouldn't mark them, I told resiblock about this. Maybe it doesn't matter on block paving but on flags it showed. We couldn't get the dull stain out the flags.

What was the stain in the 1st place Jamie, engine oil or another oil?

OR has to go on dry for it to work properly Jamie.
If the are "white" flags and not grey you could dry Citric acid to whiten them, you'll need to do them all though to get an even finish.
