Title: old custy cancelled

just had an old custy cancel saying that they have add long drips marks .last 2 cleans. so says me why not ring me etc. ill put it right .ho ive got another windy.just so hapens ive put the price £1 up a month ago. its been under priced since the last windy over 6 years ago  >:( cheeky get.any way did the old trick replaced with 4 .took 1hr .but packed in cos of rain.

funny how they only just find faults when you just increased the price. Better off without them, I call them FF's let you work that one out ;D

Why cant they just grow a set and tell the truth, if they want to pay less then good luck
to them nothing wrong with that its their money.
No need to make out that its a quality issue if its not.
Cant be bothered with people like that your better off without.

Send them a bill for £ 49.50  a cancellation of verbal  agreement fee. Be cheaky.

i gave her a polite verbal battering explaining that i will always come back and put it right etc after afew mins you could tell she had made a mistake by the tone of her voice , ;D

Now that's loyalty for ya ay !!! She may get them done cheaper but will they be better or will they turn up when they want to !!! The customer thinks its best to get them done cheaper which is not always better. My money she will ask you back in a couple of months 👀😏👍

Buyers are liars  ;D

I had an old couple 9 months ago say they were moving out as they had sold up, but she stressed the new people did not want my service and not to call.
They are still there as I make a point of doing a 3 point turn in their drive when i do the others in the street and wave to her when she gardens.
Why she did not say they just want to cancel is beyond me.

never take customers back like that no point id feel as if i was always waiting for her to do the same thing again
