Title: Not your everyday clean
Post by: Tom Mac on March 21, 2014, 02:28:34 pm
This will be a nice job to add to the portfolio. Some pretty bad leaded Windows on this building. Stunning building and I never even knew it was there.

It's not a time sensitive clean. Will take as long as it takes. The owners know it's a difficult job. You can't rush a job like this. If we don't get to clean it in the manner it deserves, then we don't clean it at all. That's my philosophy.

If they give you any gyp, dump them and replace with two the same.

You're lucky; the owner of the castle I did was a right git. He used to come down the drawbridge shouting and swearing
Turned out he had Turrets.

I can see the text message now. 'By order of her majesty the queen, we have been instructed to attend these premises for a full valet of

the castles glass areas. Please can you ensure all staff are informed of our imminent arrival'

Regards

Your local window cleaner.

You should be a scriptwriter for Tim Vine.

There's a duo of window cleaners round here who specialize in that kind of work. Motte and Bailey I think they're called.
