both. you need a variety at your disposal.

bonnets, agitation pads, brushes

we carry quite a selection on jobs so we can switch between them to find what gives best results and productivity.

generally speaking agitation pads will out perform brushes. think of it like scrubbing a burnt pot with a brush compared to a scourer.

Jamie found on the few thicker pile carpet I have encamped the Cimex brushes seem better what's your opinion?

I would agree.

Its what works on that particular job. I have seen instances where I have used brushes first then ran over with pads or mixed and matched them 2:1 on the machine. Makes it wobble a little but can give good results quickly.

We use both, but mainly the brush which works a treat!
