I am in about 25+ lost count and only maybe one or two I asked to join, lol maybe I am the exception as ppl can just add you to a group....... and I have been added to a few, I just go with the flow :)

None. I deleted them all. I prefer my Facebook to be filled with things I enjoy like holidays and hobbies etc, not work.

 None.  I have a facebook business page, but not in any groups. Hows the new job going Lee.

Not about window cleaning but I found that people were adding me to groups without my permission.  So I deleted my memberships and put my privacy settings on the highest setting on there - not an easy task as it's a minefield.
