Has anybody used the vikan easy shine kit or used the conversion kit sold by Gardiners to convert a wfp went to price a commercial job yesterday with high internal windows to be cleaned every 4 weeks .
Wanting to know how good they are and ease of use at height up to about 25ft above a tiled floor in building reception

Very easy just use some window cleaning spray on the pad and scrub away.

Thanks for that Mitchell have you used it up to 25ft , I dont think their current windy has ever cleaned all the way up for a good while but they do look pretty clean . Mike

Very hard to get a smear free finish using the easy shine.
Keep the pad as dry as possible just mist it with pure.
Polish off with a dry pad.
You will need a fair amount of pads if its a first clean.
I personally would trad it using an extension pole and then detail it with the Vikan using a dry pad.

yep, well i have used my slx22 at full height so about that.
i used an unger zinc joint inserted into the end of the pole and the pad on the end of the unger joint. works great.

Thanks for the replies lads , An Unger visa versa with extension pole might be the answer and spray on cleaning solution as the total height of windows is 10 metres but can only access about 5-6 metres internally . Thanks Mike
