We will shortly be attending Europes largest cleaning show.
The ISSA Interclean in Amsterdam - The show runs from Tuesday 6th - Friday 9th May 2014.
This year it is the 25th Anniversary of the show and most of the important people in our industry will be there. Don't forget the show covers all aspects of cleaning and lots of distributors and manufacturers use the show to launch new products.
The show deals with all aspects of our industry including but not limited to:
Window Cleaning
Power Washing
Sealing
General Cleaning
Hard Floors
Carpets
Well worth a visit if you have never been and worth another visit even if you have. I have a small amount of complimentary tickets for this show which have a face value of €70. If you would genuinely like to go and want one of these tickets please e mail us to tilinglogistics@hotmail.com or ring the office on 0121 773 2450.

Mike
I know it is free entry if you pre register it is just that I thought it might save people as we have complimentary tickets because we are exhibiting. It is an event that is only held every two years in Amsterdam and this year it is the largest show ever with over 10 Halls.
See you there Mike I am in the British Pavilion opposite Numatic

We should try and organise a night out while we are there, if we can get a few CIU members attending we could have a great night.
Schiphol airport is real cheap for flights and Issa even lay on a pick up bus to the event from the airport.
We paid £98 return from humberside last time it took a 45min flight. Flights from Manchester ( just looked) from £67.
I cannot stress enough how fantastic this event us, if you think of how big the NEC cleaning show is..... its like comparing a corner shop to Sheffield Medowhall

I will be there for 3 of the days
-
Which hotel do you reccomend Mike/Jamie
I am interested in going.

can't remember where i stayed but it was in the tourist area ( Dam Central) near the redlight district , we caught the tram to the exhibition centre
its a massive tourist area so the whole centre is full of hotels

I haven't booked anything yet as still to decide which days work best for flights etc.
Will let you know which one we go for.

You need to get Hotel booked ASAP the longer you leave it the more expensive it gets. My Hotel has increased by over 40% since I booked it 4 weeks ago.
I booked this one

Not in the Centre but got fantastic write ups and reviews includes Brekkers and only 15 minutes from the show hopefully with no traffic. I also need to consider my Female staff as well. In 2012 I stayed just outside the Red Light Area but it depends on the quality of the Hotel you want.
