Title: Flocked brushes

If you rinse on the glass with a flocked brush what sort of results would you expect, assuming the water is 0 PPM or thereabouts?

I used a flocked brush on friday and with rinsing on the glass deffo got spotting on a first clean.

One thing i noticed with a flocked brush needed to up the flow? I can only assume it traps more water at the brush head.

Just didnt seem to rinse/clean right.

Good brush tho!

lift brush off for rinsing mate.

i only use a flocked brush for solar panel cleaning on a 90 degree gooseneck these days.

i prefer the medium mixed or stiff mono brushes as they dont trap the dirt in the bristles as much, easier to clean when dirt does get trapped and i can rinse brush on for regular work. ;)

I really like flocked brushes, but you can't rinse on the glass.

Excellent scrubbing power, it takes off any much with ease, but it holds bits of dirt in the bristles which get left on the glass unless you rinse off.

So daz, if you're using the xtreme medium mixed, or the hybrid version, or the stiff DT, all of which are mono, do you rinse on the glass?  And with pencil jets?

I'm loving my super lite flocked at the moment. Always rinse off glass anyway and finding has much better scrubbing power than my medium or stiff brushes .
