Title: Gutter cleaning quote
Post by: WGB on March 15, 2014, 08:16:56 pm: Have already give quote for cleaning Windows on this apartment blocks, now they want quote for cleaning gutters. So how long do you reckon it would take cleaning by hand using cherry picker? There is 2 smaller blocks to be included in quote too 1 of them is in pictures. Thanks wayne.

To access these properly you need to be right up there, and all the roofs looked pitched.

You could hire a vac from omni vac, there should be enough in the job price to cover the hire of a picker ( 250 for a day with operator ) and the vac even a really good wedge to buy one if you desire

Off now to gutter clear myself :o

I agree I'd lay money on it that the whole thing is pretty empty, perhaps just charge a couple of hundred for a CCTV survey then charge accordingly per blockage if any ???

yes Dave agree with u on that. It's a new enough building, gonna go up today and take a look at lower part of it where there is a hedge row. If I where to hire a good vac and maybe cherry picker for half day for high parts, do u think I'd get all gutters cleaned in one day? Wayne
