Does anyone have any suggestions on getting oil based stains out of alcantara?

alcantara is synthetic (nylon i believe)and can be cleaned using hwe,if my memory serves me right its bonded onto a backing so too much heat or any use of solvents could delaminate the face fibres as will harsh agitation so should be avoided, subject to testing i'd prespray, agitate gently with a microfibre cloth or terry towel then extract,
