Title: Anyone contacted Brodex lately? Can't get through
Post by: chez on March 13, 2014, 03:09:26 pm: Hey guys.
Trying to contact Brodex today for a receipt for some kit I bought back on 16th January and they still haven't sent one (!!) tried phoning and all I got was 3 beeps and no ring and it goes dead. Tried the free phone number and it just says there is no one to take your call.
Anyone know what's going on. Seems really weird!

I have received the goods and everything is fine with them but I've phoned 4 times to try and arrange a receipt to be provided for some new controllers I purchased - like getting blood from a stone. The controllers are good tho!! Just need a receipt for my accounts.

I've just seen john come out of the leisure centre; he looked like he'd been for a swim 'n' a sauna.

Post by: chez on March 15, 2014, 12:36:03 pm: Got in contact had lots of apologies but they are in the process of moving to bigger premises. Loads of orders coming in. So everything is good and receipt on its way ....... I hope! ;D
