Title: people asking for business cards

hi. just wondering, is it me or what? so far this year I must have been asked for my business card at least 15 times while work on the glass. many times last year too!! and so far no one has ever contacted me!!! I find it rather peculiar!! what is your experience with that sort of situation???

The amount times i have given out leaflets and never got a call.

Annoys me as i have to go back to the van and get em. I carry them now lol

Get chatting to them if you can, give them a price and let them know when you can do them (try and give them a call to action)
Either that or use leaflets instead so when people see them on the side it jogs there memory a bit

I get asked for loads of cards.
Get a lot of calls (I think so anyway) but rarely ask how they got my details. Could be from the cards...

i always carry business cards on me when working.when approached by potential customers i always give at least one out.

i also have them on me when not at work (out and about) just in case! ;) :)

i also have customers who ask for them for family or friends  who want a window cleaner. :)
