Title: work for sale in Teesside

I have decided to put my Ingleby Barwick/Thornaby/Maltby/Seamer work up for sale as i have just bought a large round closer to home.

I have approximately:

£600 in Ingleby Barwick (60 houses, monthly)

£68.50 in Thornaby (6 houses, Monthly)
£20 in Maltby (1 Bungalow, Fortnightly)

£25 in Seamer (1 house, Monthly)

All work has been established for over 3 years. All good payers etc. All wfp except the house in Seamer which is done trad.

Looking for £3000.00 for the lot or will sell individually
