I actually think its a good idea but not for £95.

Yeah, agreed on both counts. Not sure that i would consider them worthwhile for myself, but for someone who regularly does large commercial properties might be worth a punt.
But £95 is simply far too much, i think maybe his 'local' window cleaning buddies are earning too much money! ;D

Probably more suited to perving ;D
Issues would be the weight if camera, battery & sender receiver for height work.
Good concept though.
If they work at 80' and are light enough-£95 is a bargain considering the cost of the pole.
Can't really see the point in 1st floor windows though.

I think you've misunderstood what these are.
There's no camera etc, its simply pair of glass prisms so that when you look straight ahead, you actually see as if you were looking up. You don't see a 'top-of-the-pole' view, just the same view if you tilted your head upwards.
I think the idea is that it saves your poor neck muscles. They've obviously been invented for rock climbers who can belay their partners without having to gaze straight up all the time.
Good idea I must say, maybe I'll buy some. (the £31 ones, not the £95)

I would hold back on that if i was you, there does not appear to be any uv protection, they are just glasses!. Would not be very nice to use unless it was overcast!

The CU Ones look cooler though:

Oh. I have entirely misunderstood.
They look pony.

.......just bought myself a pair..... :P
Make sure you wear em the right way ;)

What happens when you want to walk to do the next window?
Do you have to bend over forwards at 90 degrees to see where you're going? That could be a bit dodgy as I live in Brighton.
???
-
I would take the prism thing off one eye. That way I could see up and straight ahead at all times. That might make me a bit dizzy though.
-
Don't forget to get a crash helmet with them - for all the times you're going to walk into walls, trees, lamp posts etc.
I might consider a pair that look down instead of up - Call them Dog S***t glasses!!!!
