Grippamax have them on there vacs so do lots of others. Has anyone found a supplier yet who does them at sensible prices for retro-fitting?

they had them on the grippa website for 15.99 but they seem to have disappeared now.

out of interest , i think you have the grippa poles ?

if so have you had any of the protector rings come loose ?

also did yours have stop tape on the sections?

mine doesn't but they sell replacement stop tape for the gutter poles on there website.

No, I use superlight base sections from Gardiners from a few years back. I use a turn or two of insulation tape to stop them jamming. They have rubber protection rings but they always come unstuck (I might have stuck them on myself - can't remember).

Probably - I have nine sections, bought when they were about £50 each. At least double that now.
