Title: Cleanersmate help

Im trying to transfere Cleanersmate onto a new PC.

Ive got the new version downloaded easily enough however having a problem importing from the old PC.

Its asking me for a CSV file when Cleanersmate will only allow me to save a backup as an mdb file.

Any ideas please.

Why don't you email, Kevin, i'm sure he will sort you out quickly, always has for me when i had a problem.

does it have an export function rather than a backup?
