Title: Getting motivated once you employ
Post by: g.brookes on February 25, 2014, 05:17:41 pm
Ive always been rurally good at motivating myself in this job, and I've now got to the point when i have someone with me 2 days a week.
The problem is i've now found on the days where he is not with me, i find it really hard to keep going!
On the days he's with me i run round like a mad man trying to set a good example, and often end up working over 8 hours.  But when I'm on my own once it gets past lunch time i start searching for excuses to go home!
Does anyone else get this?
Bit bored, bit lonely etc

The remedy is simple.  Just do one more clean.
