hi ive got an expert 2.0 hdi on a61 plate,still under warranty,but need a bit of help before i tackle the supplier. i have two problems and was wondering if anyone else has had the same faults and what was done to rectify them.
first problem i get a bit of clutch judder when pulling away,not all the time but quite often (water tank can be full or empty when this happens)
second fault,every now and again when van is ticking over it sounds different to normal it sounds a bit lumpy.
any help would be appreciated.

Does your van have a dual mass flywheel?
As they are always going on most cars and vans, and clutch judder can be a symptom.

Judderimg could just be a dodgey sprk plug, get it in before your warrenty runs out and let them troubleshoot it

Did not think diesels had spark plugs!

diesels have injectors lads.
i think someone else put a post on re clutch judder on expert van but can remember who it was.
also i dont know how to look at previous posts

Sounds like the warp reactor is malfunctioning!
The judder sounds like Dmf pal and the other fault could be anything, best get it into Peugeot
The joys of warranty is you can throw it at them and tell em to get it fixed however half the time the manufacturer doesn't know how to fix them properly!
I was a master tech at Peugeot and the amount of times I phoned peugeots technical department and all the boffins told me there was yes we know the fault but we don't have a fix for it yet lol

Lumpy running is the dpf going through cycle
Clutch judder needs to be sorted, had same on my van but they
Refused to sort on warranty as it had covered 30k miles

Nope, it's the points need filing down.

...and regapping, and don't forget to replace the condenser whilst you have the cap off.

if the clutch judder is not there all the time then it wont be the clutch.
