Title: I thought he was questioning my capabilities

Had a local landlord on the phone this morning
Phone rings
Him  ○ you the window cleaner
Me ● yes mate
Him ○ you clean poop
me  ● sorry fella I always try my best if there's a problem ill pop round and have a look what's the address
Him ○  no do you clean poop off windows
me ● not something I come across often  but I have a look

apparently had a disagreement with the tenant
he moved all their gear out and had changed the locks so the bloke returned in the early hours and coated his windows
pressure washed the lot disinfected and bleached then gave the it all a  good scrub
binned the brush after !

You can now say with all honesty that you've did a crap job and the customer was happy to pay for it.
