I thought I would share a nice letter with you all from a lovely customer, we are mostly commercial so it must be especially bad for you domestic window cleaners

Dear Mr Morris
I was astonished, somewhat disappointed to find that our windows had been cleaned last Friday in the teeth of that tremendous storm which did of course cover all of the windows with salt again !!
It must of been quite hazardous to your operator working in such gales !!
I enclose My Cheque for payment

Customer is bang on IMO if they were indeed cleaned in the middle of a storm!

It's a passive agressive dig at you isn't it? I've a few customers that would rather say similarly silly things than just say what they really mean.
