What is the best way to remove heavy water marks from a synthetic carpet?

Steve,

Like Barry, I have had good results with Solutions, however if this does not do the trick (assuming you refer to browning marks) I find Prochem B175 an effective treatment and probably a safer alternative to one of the sodium metabisulphite-based products.

On a cautionary note, since extended dwell times are involved, do not be too hasty with your pre-test.

John.
