Title: Dri Eaz 1200 dehumidifiers

Does anyone know where is best to get these serviced apart from Dri Eaz
1 of mine is saying service s9, and on other 1 keepes shutting down after a couple of hours

Anyone else had a similar problem

used to have 8 of these and the faults I got were usually there was a kink in the drain hose which stopped it draining properly. Easy to sort just unwind it and straighten the hose. That blue air filter behind the mesh got clogged I used to take it out wash if off - dry and put back on.
The repair technician at the franchise HQ I was with thought that Dri Eaz did not re gas these things when they went in with faults as they were never invoiced for a re gas. That's about as much as can tell you - did Dri Eaz tell you what an S9 fault was? Or may be EBAC could help but they are a long way from you as well.

Sorry can't be more use than that

I will be calling Dri Eaz tomorrow as for the drain pipe that's defo ok I will take the air filter out and clean it and see if it makes any difference.

How's things on the stone floors I'm going to Kev martins on Tuesday to look at the Levi

good all seems to be travertine and victorian tiles at the moment
