Title: best time of year to push for gutter/conny roof/fascia cleaning

All year round, although we always get customers say 'can you do it in the spring'...

Usually I'd agree, but this year the majority have opted for a mid jan to end of February clear due to the lateness of leaf fall. 

Still had a steady stream of 'urgent' blocked gutters from September tho.

This year, I am asking new (or one off) gutter clearing customers if they would like me to book them in next year. I would say 80% have said yes please!

ive been getting a few add ons trickling in since the start of the year.conny roof cleaning and fascia,soffit,outside gutters.

ive got a few booked in for april.i dont normally "push" them.they ask me! ;D

i usually book them in  next time i clean their windows.if its a non window cleaning customer though i usually do them on a saturday and charge them more!! ;D

All year round matey!...picked up a con gutter and fascia clean yesterday
and picked up a fascia clean tonight whilst out collecting to do in march
ive got three others outstanding to do and a gutter clearance to be done
tomorrow.

Pictured leaflets of these services i have found go down a  bundle
and make sure your existing customers know aboutthe extras you do :)
