Title: Customers with the memory of a Goldfish

Just had the worst winter since records began. One sunny day and customers have been ringing asking why I haven't been since before Christmas!

I text or phoned the better half of all my customers and told them I am running late. Not a single problem.  ;)

Best winter in Scotland for years.

I work through the rain so I've been ok. No snow for once!

Feel sorry for all the gales you guys have had down south.

because.. they think your there 1 and only customer! and are there to serve them.. i am convinced.

rains not a problem,when it stops you get back to work,when it snows and freezes you can be off for days ,this time last year it was mid morning before i could start because of the minus temps

yes if you want to kill it  ;D..if for tropical fish you use r/o water you need to add the minerals back to the water by adding an additive so i'm presuming the same would be for cold water fish.

Dealing with old folk especially with dementia can be a bit trying at times to say the least.

And the sad fact is it's a lot more common than ppl think it is...

The fact that some custies have bad memories is good for us. We work 6 weekly, and sometimes we're ahead of the schedule. So we turn up sometimes about 5 or 6 days early. Never had a complaint yet.
