Title: Price per metre gutter clear out

As title says guys commercial premises

shopping center 3 different blocks together in center

approx 230 metres need to be cleared out only, just want a rough rate if any1 has one im well able to price it by time etc but id like to cross reference it with a metre rate if any1 can help

we work off ladders and its 2 storey gutter in busy shopping area

We charge £2 per metre on residential houses...

Commercial id add a little bit more on.

just done the sums im goin to go with 2.50 euro... prob be too expensive at that rate but whats the point doing these things unless its worthwhile

I don't go by just a price per linear metre myself as all depends on a number of factors like

height of roofline
any access issues
any access equipment hire costs
what type of guttering it is
type of downspouts
how badly they are blocked
when they can be cleared to minimise risk to foot trafic etc
other overheads like travel costs, fuel, wages etc.

i got job but now im thinking of buying a guttervac lol , another headache trying to pick correct one :(

Good luck chosing a guttervac as they are all crap if you ask me as electric motor wet & dry vacs are not designed for that sort of job but some brite spark thought it was a good idea... ;D
