Maybe they are trying to come across as 'we are not after your money - we are caring and trying to help you'? So then hoping that they may think 'ah, that's nice of them - but you know to be honest I think I would rather get them to do it anyway'?

Bit of psychology possibly? That's all I can think of. Either that or they are filtering out the price shoppers?

If you look in the navigation menu, the page does not seem readily available as far as I can see, so I would assume the site owner may not wish prospective customers to see it.

I could understand that if they were running say, WP Mage and creating 5,000+ long tail pages but this is a "normal" carpet cleaning site. Surely this is counter productive?
