Title: This weeks bad customer service award

2 weeks ago today, i rang up a well known supplier of pressure washing equipment in Lincolnshire to order a new unloader valve for my pressure washer.

I gave my card details over the phone for £60 and was told the order had gone through, it should be with you on Monday.

Monday came nothing, Tuesday nothing, so i rang up and was told they didn't have one in stock at the time so they arranged to have one sent to me from their supplier, give me your Tel No. i will make an enquiry and get back to you.  No call back.

This Monday i rang up again and was told that my unloader valve was delivered to them and was sitting on her desk. I will get it sent over to you.

It's now Friday exactly 2 weeks from when i placed my order and i still don't have my unloader valve.

But my monthly bank statement came today. When i looked at it i found that no transaction from that company had even took place 2 weeks ago.

So thanks Jan for 2 wasted weeks of my life, next time i will know were not go for my equipment.

I am still waiting for stuff from Tech -clean  2 weeks before Christmas.. ??? I phone every couple of days..same answer.I'll phone you back..they never do.

I stopped using them for exactly the same reasons - I've been waiting about four years for my degreaser. When you lie you have to have a very good memory ! First I order it and it never turned up so I enquire as to its whereabouts to be told its lost on route and she'll send another  - nowt. Then I ring again to be told they are waiting on their supplier as the EEC had made them remove one ingredient (I thought it was lost !!!!). The when I ring again I was told they could no longer supply it - as it worked very well I asked for the MSDS sheet to which she said no you'll copy it ?

I was going to get it copied but the should still give me a sheet and as it was I got it copied anyway ( and is a member here   ;) )  

I have replaced all my tech clean gear ( I keep a FSC as a spare ) because  you'd starve if you relied on them and alternative suppliers are cheaper and up front. Jans sister is better to speak to.

Same as dual pumps catalogue at considerably less....but the would not be hard.

I have used Tech-Clean for years, and only once did they not deliver on time, so really don't have an axe to grind, agree with Carl once they stopped doing their oil remover which IMO was the best one around and still is, was a farce with the excuses etc as to why?
Not had to order anything from them for about a year now, so have things changed?

I stopped using them for same reason. Jan let me down numerous times. Never called me back.
