Title: Taking stock on a day like this
Post by: Ian101 on February 12, 2014, 08:54:32 pm
ok so no work today but spent last few hours going thru every single customer on books making sure im happy to still clean them and took a good luck at debt list for same names, played around with the rounds to get em to flow better by moving a few jobs around to help wth compacting.

end result .... well no one dumped just moved a half dozen onto my new round called "to be done when everything else is cleaned" ... if they pay when they feel like it then I will clean em to suit me ... may put some up quite a bit just for the fun of it.  :)

split a few big rounds down to smaller areas with just 2 or 3 roads on to make a full day so can whizz around quicker and bang a few more new jobs into the day (when ive canvassed them that is)

looked at prices and can honestly say 99% are fine so no real price increase this year on current jobs will just price fresh work a little higher.

all the new jobs canvassed since late last year circa 100 of em have proven to be good customers bar 2 so their dumped .... probably ?? with growing the rounds im keen not to lower my standards which i think can be a danger when your expanding so defo maintaining standards
