They're his window and if he doesn't want them cleaned in the rain, then either the window cleaner accepts that or he doesn't.
Having said that the bloke strikes me as a complete dork and those sideburns....

I haven't listened to him, much. He's too ugly to tolerate for too long. I'll take your words for it. I've stooped to the depths of personal insults which I tend to find is the most satisfying personally.
Not that it'll make any difference, anyone as stupid as him can't be educated.

IU didn't give him flak myself. I just pointed out the flaws in his logic. If he wants to turn away the window cleaner at the first sign or rain (as is his right), then he must take the risk the he doesn't get a window cleaner or accept that the price will be much higher to compensate for wet time.
