Title: Pricing gutter cleaning

Can anyone give me an idea of what to charge for
Cleaning guttering and soffits of a 4 bedroom
Detached house. Also can you reccomend a good
Brush for this, have emailed gardiners who
Reccomend one of their sill brushes.

So many iffs and buts.

At a real guess £80 - £150

Gardiner sill brush with fan jets.

As a rough rule of thumb I charge £30.00 per side to wash down gutter / fascia / soffit but as previously said depends if guttering on 4 sides, Any Apex's, Lower gutters, working over conservatory/extension, etc. I would estimate £120.00 - £150.00 without seeing it to include cleaning all windows as well.  :)

Clear - £2 per meter (min charge £10)

Clean - £3 per meter

Clean n Clear - £5 per meter
