Tuesday, let the rain pass in the early morning and get your work done in the pm.
Rain Wednesday. Work Thursday (heroically, the fishermen will still be in their bunks, celebrating our demise!), then rest Friday.
That's the forskin for the rest of this week.
Thank you, and good night, and don't bash the bishop too much in anticipation of being millionaires.
:)

The weather doesn't make the slightest difference to me. I carry on regardless.
Hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, monsoon rains, asteroids colliding with the earth, alien invasion, intergalactic warfare, universal and cataclysmic destruction, nothing stops me working wfp using my Gardiner’s SLX pole and dual trim flocked extreme brush and doing 60 houses a day.

I've given up for the day for the umpteenth time this year.
Wind blowing a gale and rain. It feels like it's almost a daily occurrence.

That picture is crazy where is it from

I did not take much notice but was on the telegraph website. The poor chap did everything to try to keep the water out of his home but in the end he got beat.

I went out at 9 30 and sat in the car at a customers house for half a hour and gave up and went home. (ped off)
its literally bucketing it down and windy which I hate working in....
On a good note I bought a rhino x3 bar roof rack for my ford escort last night for £35 so took off my wifes old mercedes ones that I nicked and put the new ones on. Looks great. :)

One round I do I manged to get to the outskirts of the village but the roads were badly flodded in places so in the end I gave up and came home. Lucky for me I did not knacker the van engine as was quite deep in places.

On top of a mountain in Somerset.
That is a lake of cider, not water.
They're all drunk down there. Even David Cameron had a few jars.

i wonder if there will be a hosepipe ban this year

A report on BBC news suggested the floods may still be in evidence in 6 months as the ground water levels are so high.
I've done half my weeks work so dear. Be sorted cone the end of Friday.
