whot he said , on low spec models the phone button is just a radio mute button.

and if its low spec don't bother fitting it with bits of ebay just get a parrot must easyer and it will work

It has Bluetooth, its got the speaker in the lining of the roof.

When it asks for the clad on your phone try  1234 it worked on mine

I have bluetooth in my car , I went into menu selected pair phone and it should search for your phone when it finds it press select then enter a code , make sure your bluetooth discorver is on before you try to pair it . If all goes well then everytime you get in van your phone should automatically connect
