Title: pricing

needing help with pricing a large job
i have 450 bedrooms @ 4.8 x 1.7m
and 1210.5 x 1m of corridors (these are broken up into 81 corridors with many many doors inbetween)
all carpet tiles

not sure what price per m2 for a job this size
any more info just ask

you could give them a day rate, might be easier and less chance of under selling and regretting it. give them a rough idea of how many days.

Dont go by what i say  but I would say 5k  to 6k  Sounds like a Uni to me

I agree with Ian, but go with more like 5k. If it is student accomodation they will go cheapest every time, I quoted a similar size at around 5 thousand and was told they had a quote for 3! Unfortunately selling quality gets you no where on those type places!

trouble with the day rate i suggested, you probaly are not going to achieve as much.

I agree with Tim

Students accomodation I guess, usually not bothered about quality of the clean. People do these from £4-£10 per room + a bit more for the corridors. Good work to sub out if your busy with your better jobs.

i cleaned a care home last year 51 bedrooms 7 corrirors 7 lounge/eating areas7 bathrooms/ entrance halls for  2 levels and a large dinning area i got £4200 :)

Or employ someone on a temporary basis, and leave your old HWE machine on the premises for the duration of the job............
