I'm just glad I don't live in those AREAS: Whitley Bay, Cullercoats, Tynemouth, Monkseaton, Wellfield, Earsdon, Royal Quays, North Shields & Shiremoor.

Surely at those prices he must be raving bonkers ;D

There's got to be more than meets the eye.

At those prices you'd be working for less than minimum wage and still hAve your expenses to pay, fuel etc.

I don't get it?
