Looks like they are just offering to promote your adwords campaign for an upfront fee of £99 plus activation fee which they don't say what it is and then a recurring monthly fee of £99. Sounds a lot of money for something you could set up yourself for free, don't forget on top of that £99 monthly fee you will have to pay for your clicks to Google.
I set up 5 campaigns on adwords on Friday, took me a couple of hours and hopefully if past experience is anything to go by i should get at least 2 jobs per month per campaign for a monthly fee to google of around £40.
Don't waste your money do it yourself.

Hi Richard, when setting up a campaign, do you set up one campaign for one area. How many keywords do you use on one campaign.THanks
-
I set up a new campaign for each area that i target and use separate keywords for each area, although realistically each set of keywords is the same but tailored to that area, also i make all my keywords exact match only, o.k it will cut down on traffic but it will stop a lot of related searches click through to you, so for example your keyword is anytown carpet cleaning if you just left it for broad match then your advert would show up if someone was looking for anytown, carpet or cleaning on their own but by adding exact match by using [ ] only some looking for the exact match [anytown carpet cleaning] would see your advert. I probably have around 20 keywords for each campaign all based around obvious search words and location.

Thanks Richard, never had much luck with ppc before, usually costs money with very little phonecalls. So going to target certain keywords only. Thanks for your input.

The guy on the phone claimed they hads loads of carpet cleaning companies all over Uk making money from them, I was seeing if there were any on here, and surprise, surprise no one. Wonder if he will ring next week, or realises he lied once too much
-
Karl if he rings again ask him for 3 references for other carpet cleaning companies and contact them and ask for their experiences, check they have websites and are actively showing up in Adwords, bet you he huffs and puffs and says he is prevented from doing so by data protection etc, in other words he's talking through his a@se :)
-
Richard, I ask him to name some companies and yes he mentioned the data protection BS, so no companies mentioned, I dont think he will ring back next week.
