not sure if this will work, but you can get a paint type material from the likes of BQ, its for roofs, seals upto a 2 mm crack, waterproof etc
Probably made by Thompson or similar company.
Was going to do mine this week and realised the floor lining was wet underneath, so ripped it out and covered the floor with rubber

I have 1L of red ProtectaKote, brand new and won't be used though I fear, from the name of your company, you're a little far from Surrey.....

Used iso flex liquid rubber from b&q. Think it's about £22 a tin, dried perfect!

How much is protectakote?
Raptor bed liner is £60, half of the pack did my LWB vivaro, so £30 in essence!

How tough is this stuff?

I only ask as I carry a carpet cleaner, power washer etc, and the van is loaded with fishing gear at the weekends so I'd hate for the van to look a mess after a few weeks of dragging this stuff in and out.

Cheers.

Line X, a great solution if you're dragging gear in and out all the time!

Over the years Protektacote gets damaged and can wear, this stuff is brilliant, a quick wash down and its like new.

Think it's under roof paints. Not how it wears as I have a rubber mat over the floor. Does the job by keeping the floor being protected from water tho. Used a brush but it did smell for a few days after while it dried

You can have any colour as long as it's black lol!
I want a grey silver or white colour for mine but think I'm just gonna gloss it all now with some hammerite!
