Title: Had My Website Hacked!!!
Post by: telfordwindowclnr on January 28, 2014, 03:04:36 pm
Some dude in Russia hacked into my control panel, has planted Java code in and blocked me from accessing 2 of my websites, their administrator sides and my stats!  I'm totally blind on my sites and he has blocked my email accounts for those sites too!  NIGHTMARE!!!  >:(

The AA site now apparently has several headers in a row before you hit the main text.  Both my web guys on the case, but they are scratching their heads.  May have to re-do both sites from scratch!  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

"In communist russia, website controls you."

get in touch with your hosting company, surely its their responsibility to sort stuff like this out.

Before long your website will be advertising the sale of firearms, prostitution, cocaine...  (got a link by the way?)

Is it possible he has blocked my IP address because everyone can get on there apart from me.

If you enter your e-mail or login password wrong 5 times in a row you'll automatically get IP blocked. Submit a support ticket with your hosting company and they'll whitelist you again. :)

Turn your modem off and on. Clear out everything on your PC relating to Internet communication, re-boot PC. You'll have different IP.

That doesn't always work - I've got wireless broadband and my IP is very rarely updated. :(

That would only work if you have a Dynamic ip address, i lot of ISP's give you a static ip address that stays with you.

A mate hosts it on his server.  Sounds dodgier than it is.  He is an IT manager at his place of work, so knows his stuff.  I've not entered wrong details multiple times as far as I know.  Is it possible the hacker has done that?  Also, I have deleted the email account on Outlook 2010 and set it up again with a new password etc.  Outlook won't accept it, but my HTC phone will.   It's all very puzzling..... ???
