Title: Turbo hybrid spinner

I want to offer tiled floor cleaning in restaurants and takeaway shops that have badly soiled tiles. Will the above machine connected to a pressure washer and 3000watt wet vac fit the bill? Or is there a better method

Slow speed rotary scrubber-Wet Vac- And the right chemicals.  ;D
