Here we go....... Anyway get in touch with the supplier and they will point you in the right direction on their way that they should be cleaned. Best, Dave.

Hi,
We cleaned 2 kmē of carpet tiles at the weekend with nice results.
Vacuum
Used Prochems MS as a prespray
Agitated with a shampoo brush on a rotary
Then HWE
We managed to avoid the final bonnet :D as they came up very well. However, like stu mentioned, sometimes this is required as they can wick soil to the surface as they dry.
If you need to use any solvents to remove chewing gum etc, try using the type that sits on the top of the tiles, like prochems Citrus Gel. That way you can loosen any oily stains without disturbing the integrity of the tile.
One more thing, if you cant remove any stains, move the tiles! Just make sure you inform the client whats lurking under thier filing cabinet.
Hope this helps
Graeme
