As I'm looking to buy a digi flow controller, seen the units with built in tds meter which could be handy being able to see it all the time as opposed to wiring in a separate unit or dipping my hand held meter in the water! But are they worth the extra bit of money they cost as opposed to a standard unit?

nobody use one guys?

gardiners sell one . i have an inline tds meter that ive fitted just before my heater .. i put one there purely because i can check tds periodically . last yr i let my tds level rise to 10 and on a hot day i noticed blemishes on windows i'd cleaned . ironically i didnt get a complaint ;D

I use one, great bit of kit, I have it set up to show TDS after RO and then again before hose, just push a button for an instant reading, saves a lot of messing about. I have a Spring system, bought through Jet Systems.
Highly recommended.

cheers fella, think i'll pay the extra for the tds as it saves me having to get a meter out everytime i want to check tds!
ive seen gardiners and wcw sell one at the mo but think gardiners are slightly cheaper.

All suppliers should price match. Got mine from Jet Systems http://jetsystems-parts.weebly.com/jet-pump-controllers.html
