Most important factor is average hourly turnover, to me this would determine the value of the work as a whole.

£200 per a day for 4 days is £800 per week, £3200 per month, £38400 a year not £30k  ;D

12 months or ten?

I always assume loss of days, hols, weather, sickness would reduce your earning capacity down to 10 months

i always base it on 40 weeks work a yr, exact fiqures and hours of work not yet established, only at 1st stage yet and he wants to get some advice on what he wants for it, i was looking at what i would need to pay,  bobplum i did think around 10k myself also, so i could be around the right price, cheers
