Do you have two outlets out of the tank, one for each pump, or one outlet and tee off to the pumps?

one feed into a t-peace to feed both pumps

B&Q sell them

1 outlet & 1 strainer and then T off to two pumps

1 outlet - No strainer - T off to 2 pumps.
