Someone once sent me a link to a manufacturer / supplier of 50mm Carbon fibre tube sections.. for use on the gutter vac .
Can someone point me in the right direction..
I made the mistake of buying cheapish ally sections and the are quite frankly Sheet.
They keep friction fitting themselves together, had to leave 3 sections at a job yesterday as no mater how much huffing and puffing we did the bally things stayed stuck.. Grrrr.

These are good. You have to purchase 4 or 5 sections min.

Carbon fibre poles stick together too ........ unless you know how to prevent it happening of course ;)

Oh Dave, you bring back some memories with fishing poles.

Or (to appease the tight git within me) is there a way to stop the Ally poles jamming, I have tried copperslip .. but no joy.

If they fit together like a modular pole then yes :)
Assemble the pole but not too tightly then wrap some insulation tape around the pole next to the overlapping tube of the one above. The tape will stop one tube going in too far to the next one.

mine are tough to.
i slip some rubber gloves on for extra grip pull back and twist anti clockwise.
