Title: van insurance
Post by: johnny bravo on January 20, 2014, 05:14:34 pm
just done a quick quote for a ford transit connect, 18 00 cc, 06 plate.

just to see how much,      £612.         go compare.   that was the cheapest.      im paying £360 for my estate atm,        is van ins.   as high normally.                 i know you have to start with 0 no claim bonus.

i didnt think cost would be so high,      on a small van.

i best shop around ??? :'(

try different vans for cheaper ins.

MoreTh>n let you add a water tank on their website.
Very reasonable too. Not gas though.

I'm with A-Plan for that reason.

Think he means within the £300 he pays, he gets £500 tools cover that he can claim if the van gets damaged/stolen.

Try A-Plan on 01993 841841 and speak to Dan.
I've been quoted a better price than my current insurer with a lower excess, and the comprehensive cover includes a courtesy van with system fitted.
You can also take optional tool cover for your equipment if you want.

£475 to pay it all up front.. or to pay it monthly over the complete year ends up being £519 .... but the point i was making is the excess of £750 lol
