I've got the older version of that charger Ben.
Takes about 4 hours for a full charge, from memory.

Really....?
I would have thought around 12 hours if it was empty....

Not in my experience.
I've flattened the battery and put it on charge overnight. Checked it before I've gone to bed and it's gone green.
Just my experience though...

110Ah battery, 8A charger.

If its totally, utterly, completely flat, 110/8 = 13.75 hours.  And that assumes the spec of the charger isnt exaggerated.  And that it doesnt slow down the charge rate as it gets full.

Id give it a minimum 24 hours to be sure.

Is that not a little bit annoying charging a battery every night?

(i presume it only lasts a day)

CTEK battery chargers are best by far.

Think machine mart sells them, and also amazon.

No!
If I was you I would take it off charge and check the water levels in each cell.
I would be surprised if you have not cooked the battery.

If it was me no, because the battery could actually explode.

Unless that green light comes on, it sounds like its pumping in charge still

If you're worried, take the battery to maplins if you have one local.
They can check the output of the battery so you can check if its a dud or if it is taking charge....
Either that, or if you have a digital pump controller on your system, connect the battery to it and you should have to option to check the volt out put....

Another bit of useless advice, it will depend on the amp hours of the battery.Who knows with half the information and you gets half the true facts. I mean 50ah will charge quicker and a 110ah battery. ??? ??? ??? ???

If you let a leisure battery discharge too much you will damage it, so should not wait until it is flat to charge it.
