Title: Is the Toby Carvery a national w/c or not

The one nearest to me has never had the windows cleaned so im going to pop a letter in.
Whats the best way of gaining these kind of jobs as all my commercial work is word of mouth usually.

Bob Plumb used to one near him buy went national a year ago apparently

and the one i use to do is minging................but its still packed with customers >:( ???

Ye i dare say it could he one of the businesses booming at te moment!

But the building is only around 2 years old... And honestly it never looks like its been cleaned! They must only get done once a year max

They are owned by Mitchell and butler they have given all there window cleaning to cms based up north somewhere
Been a total disaster most places don't get cleaned but it looks good on the balance sheet
I know a lot of the mangers in pubs there words "joke"
