Depends on the TDS of your water and the method you use to purify it. More details are needed to give a accurate cost.

I will be in the same position soon. Maybe a 4040 is the answer. Do people reuse their waste water?

If use a 40/40 and commercial pump be most efficient way .

500 a day - so 1000 litres to use to get 500 litres pure

£5 for this so £25 a week
£100 a month

I was £130 at one stage

I'm at £155 PCM domestic usage included.
Don't worry about it.
In the grand scheme if things it ain't a lot of money.
And tax deductible

I'm charged £1.50 cubic meter which is commercial rate domestic is cheaper

That means at worst case scenario at a 50/50 waste to keep will cost  you £1.50 to push 1000 litres through

That £7.50 per week. £30 per month  if I used 500 litres a day

In the grand scheme of things it's not  a great dea, need to check your water rates Charge

I have. Blocks of flats (not my job but I was subbed) took about 2,500 litres each clean (quarterly) so obviously couldn't carry that.
It was in Birmingham, good pressure. We went down with about 1,400 litres from memory.
Plugged into their tap and cracked on. End of the day (long day) think we drove home with just drips in the bottom.
Job done though. Happy days.
