Title: fitting under bumper hose port

How do you install these? Do you just drill a large hole in the floor of the van and feed the hoses through?

Pretty much lol. See if you can route it first tho via pre existing holes.

Use grommets so you don't get hoses running on metal!!

What van are you in?
A lot of vans have a route down the pillar, certainly the Vivaro, Master, Expert and older Relay...
I'd steer clear of drilling holes unless you absolutely need to

I have a transit connect...ok thanks ill check first for any pre-existing holes.

Won't really be a hole as such...
In the rear pillar that the door hangs on (unless it's a tailgater van) there may be a route through down & out.
There may be a plastic cover that may have to be taken out underneath, flat(ish) perhaps 10' square...
